Congratulations on your pregnancy! Welcoming a newborn baby into the family is one of the happiest and most exciting times in your life.

These days it's really essential to do your homework when looking for a newborn photographer. If quality and safety are important to you, someone with experience and specialized training is someone you need.
WHEN SHOULD YOU BOOK YOUR SESSION?

I recommend booking your newborn session in advance, as soon as it is convenient for you. If you are in your second trimester, it is the perfect time to book.
​
I only book a small number of newborns per month. These spots often fill quickly, and I cannot guarantee any last-minute openings. Once booked, you are guaranteed priority dates for when your baby arrives, regardless of if your baby arrives early, on-time, or late.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

Your session is completely customized for you, and I provide absolutely everything. Once you book your Newborn Session, you'll be provided with a Questionnaire to share your preferences. The moment you walk through the door of my studio, I take care of the rest. Designed with your comfort in mind, my studio provides you and your family with a comfortable area to relax and enjoy your session. Complete with a comfortable couch, snacks, water, and a fully-stocked diaper changing area you won't have to worry about forgetting anything at home.

When it comes to props, I have more than you could ever imagine. With over 50 different colored backdrops, every style of headband, hat, and bonnet you could image and dozens of high-end props there is absolutely no need to have to bring anything extra along!

When is the best time to book a newborn session?
If you are in your second trimester, it is the perfect time to book your newborn session. Only a few newborns are booked per month; these spots tend to fill quickly. On occasion, there may be a last-minute spot available but this is not guaranteed.

When is the best time to have my baby's photos done?
The best time to have your baby's photos done is within those first 7-18 days of life. Upon booking, your due date acts as your tentative booking. Once your baby arrives, we will schedule your baby's session according to their age. It may seem like this is early, but babies cooperate and do quite well during their sessions while they are still very fresh.

What do I need to bring to my newborn session?
Nothing! Absolutely everything is provided for you. There is no need to bring along anything extra other than yourselves, your diaper bag and your brand new bundle of joy.

Where are newborn sessions shot?
All of my newborn sessions take place in my Dry Ridge, KY studio. It has absolutely everything you and your baby will need during your session, so you can relax and enjoy this experience completely stress-free.

How do I book my newborn session?
Everything starts with a conversation - contact the studio directly and we will personally give you all the information you need, from what to expect before, during and after your session and what it will cost. I only book a set number of sessions per month in order to ensure each client receives the experience they deserve. These spots fill quickly, so inquire at your earliest convenience. Once your session fee is paid, your date is reserved and no one can take it from you.
