Let me help capture those adorable moments as your child has fun with his/her personalized first birthday session. We will put together the best 1st birthday memories & cake smash photos you’ll cherish forever! Schedule your cake smash photography session! We can discuss themes, colors, and anything in between. Whether you would like a Floral setup, fishing theme or just something simple we can get it done. We also add a cute bath time setup which always is a favorite. As with all of our sessions, the Cake Smash does take some planning and we are here to help! Prior to the session will discuss the theme, color scheme, and clothing options!

Let's Choose a
Theme Together
My cake smash sessions are fully customizable, and we will discuss a theme or color scheme of your choice. Balloon garlands are my favorite and most popular! We can have fun with colors and still match a theme. All decorations for the session are provided by me. So, all you need to worry about is bringing in your little one!

Upon inquiry, I will ask when your little one is turning one! We will choose a date around 2-3 weeks before their birthday, so you will have your beautiful images back for their party. Then we

Securing Your
Session Date
Upon inquiry, I will ask when your little one is turning one! We will choose a date around 2-3 weeks before their birthday, so you will have your beautiful images back for their party. Make sure you reach out at least 2-3 months in advance to make sure you make it on my calendar!

Portraits
First
When you arrive for your session, we will start clean with portraits of your little one. These are timeless and a wonderful to showcase how big your baby is getting. You can bring in your own outfit for these or choose one from our convenient client closet.

The Smash

Next, we will do the smash cake portion. The outfit for this portion is also provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own in. I highly recommend bringing their favorite little snacks. Sometimes they need encouragement diving into the cake. We will place the little snacks in the back to help get them going. I also recommend letting them try cake before their session day. This will get them used to the sweetness and check for any allergies they may have. Please let me know upon booking of any allergies.

With a Splash!
Splash time! This is generally the baby's favorite part, and we get lots of smiles, and they get clean in the process. Its's a win-win.
